摘要
目的:探讨老年急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者血清Sirtuin 1、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)与其冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法:选择化州市人民医院2018年12月至2020年12月收治的ACS患者共78例作为观察组,选择同期体检受试者62例作为对照组。检测两组受试者血清Sirtuins 1、SAA的水平。依据SYNTAX评分将观察组患者分为低危组(SYNTAX评分为1~22分)30例、中危组(SYNTAX评分为23~32分)22例、高危组(SYNTAX评分≥33分)26例,比较三组患者血清Sirtuins 1、SAA的水平,并采用Pearson相关性分析法分析观察组患者血清Sirtuins 1、SAA水平与SYNTAX评分的相关性。结果:观察组患者血清Sirtuin 1、SAA的水平显著高于对照组受试者(P<0.05)。在观察组中,低危组、中危组、高危组患者血清Sirtuin 1、SAA的水平相比差异显著(P<0.05),中危组患者血清Sirtuin 1、SAA的水平显著高于低危组患者(P<0.05),高危组患者血清Sirtuin 1、SAA的水平显著高于中危组患者(P<0.05)。经pearson相关性分析显示,观察组患者血清Sirtuin 1、SAA的水平与SYNTAX评分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:ACS患者血清Sirtuins 1、SAA的水平可显著升高,与其冠状动脉病变的严重程度呈正相关。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum Sirtuin 1 and serum amyloid A(SAA)and the severity of coronary artery disease in elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:A total of 78 ACS patients admitted to Huazhou People’s Hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 62 subjects undergoing physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum levels of Sirtuins 1 and SAA in the two groups were detected.According to the SYNTAX score,the patients in the observation group were divided into low-risk group(SYNTAX score 1-22)(n=30),medium-risk group(SYNTAX score 23-32)(n=22)and high-risk group(SYNTAX score≥33)(n=26).The levels of serum Sirtuins 1 and SAA were compared among the three groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between serum Sirtuins 1,SAA levels and SYNTAX score in the observation group.Results:The levels of serum Sirtuin 1 and SAA in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the serum levels of Sirtuin 1 and SAA in patients with low risk,medium risk and high risk were significantly different(P<0.05),and the serum levels of Sirtuin 1 and SAA in patients with medium risk were significantly higher than those in patients with low risk(P<0.05).The serum levels of Sirtuin 1 and SAA in high-risk group were significantly higher than those in medium-risk group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum levels of Sirtuin 1 and SAA in the observation group were positively correlated with SYNTAX score(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum Sirtuins 1 and SAA levels in ACS patients can be significantly increased,which is positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease.
