摘要
数字经济与绿色经济协同发展已成为中国经济高质量发展与可持续发展的内在要求和必然选择。本文在系统梳理数字经济与绿色经济协同发展内在机理的基础上,基于中国30省2010—2020年的面板数据构建了数字经济与绿色经济协同发展指标体系,并运用Dagum基尼系数及分解、Kernel核密度估计和空间收敛模型进行实证研究。研究发现:(1)中国数字经济与绿色经济得到了有效协同,两者的协同发展水平呈现逐年递增的良好发展态势,三大区域呈现出“东高西低”的空间格局;(2)中国数字经济与绿色经济协同发展水平仍存在较大的区域差异,但总体上呈现波动下降趋势,区域间差异是其主要来源;(3)中国数字经济与绿色经济的协同发展水平处于上行轨道,两极分化现象正逐渐改善;(4)长期来看,中国数字经济与绿色经济协同发展度将趋于一个稳态水平。建议政府重点关注各区域数字经济与绿色经济协同发展的平衡性、动态把握数字经济与绿色经济协同发展的规律与进程、因地制宜地出台相关政策措施。
The coordinated development of digital economy and green economy has become the internal requirement and inevitable choice of China’s high-quality economic development and sustainable development.Based on the systematic combing of the internal mechanism of the coordinated development of digital economy and green economy,this paper constructs the index system of the coordinated development of digital economy and green economy based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2020,and makes an empirical study by using Dagum Gini coefficient and decomposition,Kernel density estimation and spatial convergence model.It is found that:(1)China’s digital economy and green economy have been effectively coordinated,and their coordinated development level shows a good development trend of increasing year by year,and the three regions show a spatial pattern of“high in the East and low in the west”.(2)There are still large regional differences in the coordinated development level of China’s digital economy and green economy,but it shows a fluctuating downward trend on the whole,and the regional differences are the main source.(3)The coordinated development level of China’s digital economy and green economy is on the upward track,and the phenomenon of polarization is gradually improving.(4)In the long run,the coordinated development of China’s digital economy and green economy will tend to a steady level.It is suggested that the government should focus on the balance of the coordinated development of digital economy and green economy in various regions,dynamically grasp the law and process of the coordinated development of digital economy and green economy,and introduce relevant policies according to local conditions.
