摘要
目的:探讨小剂量甲泼尼龙佐治小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)的临床效果。方法:选取住院的MPP患儿150例分为A组、B组和C组,每组50例,A组使用小剂量甲泼尼龙辅助阿奇霉素序贯治疗,B组使用阿奇霉素序贯治疗,C组先用红霉素后用阿奇霉素序贯治疗,比较三组治疗效果,发热、咳嗽和肺部啰音消除时间、住院时间以及胃肠不良反应发生率。结果:A组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于B组,发热、咳嗽及肺部啰音消除时间短于B组,住院时间少于B组;A组较C组咳嗽及肺部啰音消除时间缩短,住院时间缩短,胃肠不良反应减少;上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量甲泼尼龙辅助治疗MPP能缩短患儿发热、咳嗽和肺部啰音消除时间,缩短患儿住院时间,减少胃肠不良反应,治疗效果显著且安全。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of low-dose methylprednisolone in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP) in children.Method 150 cases of children with MPP were randomly divided into group A, group B and group C, with 50 cases in each group. Group A was sequentially treated with low-dose methylprednone combined with azithromycin, group B was sequentially treated with azithromycin, and group C was sequentially treated with erythromycin first and then azithromycin. Compare the three groups′efficacy, the disappearance time of fever, cough, and Pulmonary rales, length of hospital stay, and incidence of adverse reactions including vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea. Results The total effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B. Compared with group B, the fever, cough and lung rales disappeared faster and Length of hospital stay was shorter in group A, while the symptoms of cough and lung rales disappeared faster and Length of hospital stay was shorter and the adverse reactions of vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea were less in group A than in group C, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose methylprednone assisted treatment of MPP can shorten the time of fever, cough and pulmonary rales disappearance in children, shorten the length of hospital stay, and reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions. The efficacy is significant and safe, it is worthy of clinical application.
