摘要
高温下运行的燃气轮机透平叶片承受着离心力、气流力、温度等多种载荷,开展流热固综合特性研究能够精确获取复杂冷却结构下叶片的运行状况,有利于叶片运行安全。总结了近年来国内外针对重型燃气轮机透平叶片流热固综合特性的研究进展及相应成果,首先介绍了高温燃气轮机透平叶片的复杂冷却结构及其换热特性的相关研究,其次介绍了叶片耦合热流作用的强度特性研究,然后总结了国内外燃气轮机透平叶片的实验研究,最后为透平叶片的流热固综合特性研究提供了思考与建议。
The gas turbine blades operating at high temperature bear a variety of loads such as centrifugal force,fluid exciting force and temperature load.The research on fluid-thermal-solid characteristics can accurately obtain the operation condition of blades under complex cooling structure,which ensures the operation safety.The research progress and the corresponding results of fluid-thermal-solid characteristics for heavy-duty gas turbine blades at home and abroad in recent years are summarized.Firstly,the researches on the complex cooling structure and heat transfer characteristics of high temperature gas turbine blades are demonstrated.Secondly,the stress characteristics of blades coupled with heat flow are presented.And then,the experimental researches on gas turbine blades at home and abroad are summarized.Finally,thoughts and suggestions for the study of comprehensive fluid-thermo-solid characteristics of heavy-duty gas turbine blades are proposed.
