摘要 金种子馥合香型白酒是指以高粱、大米等为原料,麸曲、中温曲和高温曲为糖化发酵剂,以泥底石板壁窖池为发酵容器,经高温润料,续米查混蒸,强化麸曲和高温曲高温堆积,二次加曲入池发酵,中温馏酒,分级低温储存,勾调而成的,具有幽雅,浓、酱、芝馥合香突出,酒体醇厚,风格典型的白酒。其中,酿酒原料里大麦、小麦、大米等均是来自阜阳本地种植的优质原粮。金种子馥合香具有浓酱芝三香融合特点,且比浓香厚,比酱香柔,比芝香醇的独特口感,迎合了新时代消费者对白酒口感的新需求。 Jinzhongzi Fuhe-flavor Baijiu refers to the liquor made as follows:using 1) sorghum,rice,etc.as raw materials,2) bran koji,medium-temperature koji and high-temperature koji as saccharification and fermentation agent,3) cellar with mud bottom and slate wall as fermentation vessel;after 1) moistened at high temperature,2) steamed with mixed fermented grained,3) piled with strengthened bran koji and high-temperature koji at high temperature,4)fermented in the cellar with additional koji supplement,5) distilled at medium-temperature,6)graded and stored at low-temperature;and blended to make the product liquor.The liquor made in such process has elegant,outstanding Luzhou-Maotai-sesame flavor with characteristic style.Therein,the raw materials such as barley,wheat,rice are all high-quality raw grains grown locally in Fuyang.Jinzhongzi Fuhe-flavor Baijiu has the characteristics of fused Luzhou,Maotai and sesame-flavor but with even more marvelous than those three individually,which caters to the new needs of consumers for the taste of Baijiu in the new era.
