摘要
目的 探讨延续性护理干预对包茎、包皮过长青少年术后患者的影响。方法 选取我院包茎、包皮过长青少年患者273例(2021年1月至2021年12月),依据入院顺序分组,常规干预组136例采用常规护理,延续干预组137例予以延续性护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后自护能力、康复情况、术后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、遵医行为、负性情绪[贝克焦虑量表(BAI)、贝克抑郁量表(BDI)]。结果 干预后,延续干预组自我护理技能、自我概念、健康知识、自我护理责任感评分高于常规干预组(P <0.05);延续干预组切口水肿时间、缝线脱落时间短于常规干预组,且延续干预组并发症发生率3.65%(5/137)低于常规干预组10.29%(14/136)(P <0.05);术后当天、术后1 d、术后2 d、术后3 d延续干预组VAS评分均低于常规干预组(P <0.05);延续干预组遵医率97.08%(133/137)高于常规干预组91.18%(124/136)(P <0.05);干预后延续干预组组BAI评分、BDI评分低于常规干预组(P <0.05)。结论 包茎、包皮过长青少年术后采用延续性护理干预,不仅能提升患者自护能力和遵医性,而且能减少并发症,加速患者康复,同时能缓解术后疼痛,改善患者不良心理状态。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on postoperative patients with phimosis and redundant prepuce.Methods Two hundred and seventy-three adolescent patients with phimosis and redundant prepuce in our hospital(January 2021 to December 2021)were selected.They were divided into groups according to the admission order.136 cases in the routine intervention group were treated with routine nursing,and 137 cases in the continuous intervention group were treated with continuous nursing intervention.The self-care ability,rehabilitation,postoperative pain degree[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)],medical compliance behavior and negative emotion[Baker Anxiety Scale(BAI)and Baker Depression Scale(BDI)]were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After the intervention,the scores of self-care skills,self-concept,health knowledge and self-care responsibility in the continuous intervention group were higher than those in the routine intervention group(P<0.05).The time of incision edema and suture shedding in the continuous intervention group were shorter than those in the routine intervention group,and the incidence of complications in the continuous intervention group was 3.65%(5/137)lower than that in the routine intervention group(10.29%,14/136)(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the continuous intervention group were lower than those of the routine intervention group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of continuous intervention group was 97.08%(133/137)higher than that of routine intervention group(91.18%,124/136)(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of BAI and BDI in the continuous intervention group were lower than those in the routine intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention for adolescents with phimosis and redundant prepuce after operation can not only improve the self-care ability and medical compliance of patients,but also reduce complications,accelerate the rehabilitation of patients,relieve postoperative pain and improve the adverse psychological state of patients.
