摘要
为满足海上老油田的电网扩容需求,基于渤海油田某工程实例,对比分析通过高压35 kV系统并网方案与通过中压6.3 kV系统并网方案的优缺点,最终确定通过中压6.3 kV系统并网方案费用较低,系统简单,维护方便。在此基础上,研究通过中压6.3 kV系统并网方案面临的老平台中压母排运行电流超限、单相接地电容电流超限、低压母排短路电流超限和老平台改造空间受限等问题及其解决方法,实现该方案在海洋石油平台电网扩容项目中的实际应用。该研究可供我国海洋石油平台电网扩容项目的开展参考。
This paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of high voltage 35 kV and medium voltage 6.3 kV system grid connection schemes for a project in Bohai oilfield to meet the demand for power grid expansion in old offshore oilfields.The result shows that the grid connection with medium voltage 6.3 kV is lower in cost,simple in structure and convenient for maintenance.On this basis,the problems and solutions related to the grid connection with the medium voltage 6.3 kV system is studied,including the overrun of medium voltage bus-bar operating current of the old platform,the overrun of single-phase grounding capacitor current,the overrun of short circuit current of the low voltage bus-bar,and the limited space for retrofit of the old platform,so as to realize the practical application of the scheme onboard,which could provide reference for the expansion of offshore oil platform power grids in China.
