摘要
以烟草黑胫病为研究对象旨在开发一种快速、简单、灵敏的胶体金免疫层析快速检测技术。制备了一种抗烟草黑胫病菌单克隆抗体,并将其应用于胶体金免疫层析试纸研制;在5~10 min就可以检测到病原菌,检测极限为0.1μg/mL抗原。烟草黑胫病菌胶体金免疫层析快速检测技术与常规PCR技术相比,胶体金速测卡检出率略低于常规PCR检测。
The purpose of this study was to develop a rapid,simple and sensitive colloidal gold immunochromatographic technique for the rapid detection of tobacco black shank.In this study,a monoclonal antibody against tobacco black shank pathogen was prepared and applied to immunochromatographic test paper;pathogen can be detected within 5-10 minutes,and the detection limit was 0.1μg/mL antigen.Compared with PCR,the detection rate of colloidal gold rapid detection card was slightly lower than PCR.
