摘要
目的研究防己黄芪汤加味治疗高血压肝肾阴虚证早期肾损伤的疗效。方法选取医院接诊的100例高血压肝肾阴虚证早期肾损伤患者作为研究对象,分为研究组45例和对照组55例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用防己黄芪汤加味进行治疗。记录并比较两组患者的治疗效果及在治疗前后血尿素氮(BUN)、β_(2)-微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)、尿微量蛋白(mALB)、血胱抑素C(CysC)、24 h收缩压标准差(24hSSD)、24 h舒张压标准差(24hDSD)、24 h平均收缩压(24hSBP)、24 h平均舒张压(24hDBP)、证候证候评分。结果研究组患者的总有效率为95.56%明显高于对照组的72.73%(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的BUN、β_(2)-MG、mALB、CysC水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的24hSSD、24hDSD、24hSBP、24hDBP、证候证候评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用防己黄芪汤加味治疗高血压肝肾阴虚证早期肾损伤的临床效果显著,不仅能控制患者的血压水平还能减轻对肾功能的损伤,具有临床应用价值,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of modified Fangji Huangqi Decoction on early renal injury in hypertensive liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome.Methods 100 patients with early renal injury of hypertensive liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into 45 cases in the study group and 55 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with modified Fangji Huangqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)before and after treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups β_(2)-microglobulin(β_(2)-mg),urinary microprotein(mAlb),blood cystatin C(CysC),24 h standard deviation of systolic blood pressure(24 hsd),24 h standard deviation of diastolic blood pressure(24 hdsd),24 h average systolic blood pressure(24 hsbp),24 h average diastolic blood pressure(24 hdbp),and syndrome score.Results The total effective rate of patients in the study group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than 72.73% in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,bunβThe levels of 2-mg,mAlb and CysC in the control group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the 24 hsd,24 hdsd,24 hsbp,24 hdbp and syndrome score of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Fangji Huangqi decoction has a significant clinical effect on the early renal injury of hypertensive liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome.It can not only control the blood pressure level of patients,but also reduce the damage to renal function.It has clinical application value and is worth popularizing.
