摘要
以457份问卷数据作为样本,分别从被调查者基本信息、家庭经济状况、住房条件、安置点配套设施、易地扶贫搬迁政策满意度等维度,对易地扶贫搬迁政策推进的满意度进行分析。研究发现:安置点配套设施、安置点生活便利性、闲暇时间选择以及社会关系重构对政策满意度都有显著影响。提出了完善基础设施建设,改善安置点生活环境;注重后续政策衔接,切实发挥政策作用;拓宽搬迁户就业形式,确保收入来源稳定;促进社会关系重构,提高搬迁户身份认同的建议。
Jing an new area is a typical resettlement site of relocation for poverty alleviation in ZhaoTong City.Taking 457 questionnaire data as samples,this paper analyzed the satisfaction of promotion of poverty alleviation and relocation policy from the dimensions of the respondents basic information,family economic status,housing conditions,supporting facilities of the resettlement site and the satisfaction of relocation poverty alleviation policies.The study found that the supporting facilities of resettlement sites,the convenience of resettlement sites,the choice of leisure time and the reconstruction of social relations had a significant impact on policy satisfaction.In order to further consolidate the policy effect and realize the policy goal of"moving out,living stably and getting rich",it put forward the following suggestions of improving the infrastructure construction and improving the living environment of resettlement sites,paying attention to the connection of follow-up policies and giving full play to the role of policies,broadening the employment forms of relocated households and ensuring the stability of income sources,promoting the reconstruction of social relations and improving the identity of relocated households.
