摘要
采用2011—2019年31个省(区、市)面板数据,探索林业金融支持对林业技术创新的影响,并进一步用灰色关联方法研究全国范围内不同来源林业资金与林业技术创新水平的相关性差异。研究结果表明:林业金融支持对林业技术创新水平的有显著正向影响,且这种影响在西部地区十分显著,但在东部和中部均不显著;国家预算资金和其他社会资金与林业技术创新水平相关性较高,国内贷款和自筹资金与林业技术创新水平的相关性较低。提出了加大金融支持力度、因地制宜制定林业金融支持策略、构建多元化的林业技术创新金融支持体系等对策建议。
Based on the panel data of 31 provinces from 2011 to 2019,this paper explored the impact of forestry financial support on forestry technological innovation,and further studied the correlation between different forestry funds and forestry technological innovation level across the country by using the grey correlation method.The results showed that:forestry financial support had a significant positive impact on the level of forestry technology innovation,and the impact was significant in the western region,but not in the eastern and central regions;The correlation between national budget funds and other social funds and forestry technology innovation level was high,but the correlation between domestic loans and self-raised funds and forestry technology innovation level was low.Combined with the research results,in order to better play the role of financial support in promoting technological innovation and promote the high-quality development of forestry,it put forward countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening financial support,making forestry financial support strategies according to local conditions,and building a diversified financial support system for forestry technological innovation.
