Effects of Mixed Probiotics Supplementation on Rumen Fermentation in Dairy Cows

摘要 试验旨在研究混合益生菌(MP)及其不同补充方式对奶牛瘤胃发酵的影响。依据体重和泌乳天数,将44头荷斯坦奶牛按随机区组设计分为4组:对照组、MP组、包被MP组(CMP组)和未包被MP和包被MP混合组(HMP组),分别在基础日粮中添加0、1 g/kg DM MP、2 g/kg DM CMP和0.5 g/kg DM MP+1 g/kg DM CMP。结果显示:(1)HMP组瘤胃液pH显著低于对照组和CMP组(P<0.05);MP组和HMP组总挥发性脂肪酸含量显著高于对照组和CMP组(P<0.05);MP组和HMP组乙酸摩尔比和乙酸/丙酸值显著低于对照组和CMP组(P<0.05);MP组和HMP组丙酸摩尔比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)MP组和HMP组木聚糖酶、果胶酶和蛋白酶活性显著高于对照组和CMP组(P<0.05);MP组和HMP组漆酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)MP组和HMP组瘤胃液中总原虫数量显著低于对照组和CMP组(P<0.05);MP组和HMP组溶纤维丁酸弧菌和嗜淀粉瘤胃杆菌的数量显著高于对照组和CMP组(P<0.05)。结果表明:混合益生菌能促进瘤胃发酵功能,奶牛日粮中混合益生菌的最佳补充方式为包被和不包被等比例混合添加。 The study investigated the effects of mixed probiotics(MP) supplementation and its supplementing method on rumen fermentation in Holstein dairy cows.Fourty-four Holstein cows were selected and divided by a randomized block design into four groups:control,MP,coated MP(CMP) and Hybrid MP(HMP) with addition of 0,1 g/kg DM MP,2 g/kg DM CMP and 0.5 g/kg DM MP+1 g/kg DM CMP in the basic diet respectively.The results showed that:(1) Rumen fluid pH value was lower in HMP group than that in control and CMP(P<0.05).The content of total volatile fatty acid was higher in MP and HMP than that in control and CMP(P<0.05).The acetic acid molar ratio and acetate to propionate ratio were lower in MP and HMP than those in control and CMP(P<0.05).The propionate molar ratio was higher in MP and HMP than that in control(P<0.05).(2) The activities of xylanase,pectinase and protease were higher in MP and HMP than those in control and CMP(P<0.05).Laccase activity was higher in MP and HMP than that in control(P<0.05).(3) The population of total protozoa was lower in MP and HMP than that in control and CMP(P<0.05).The populations of B.fibrisolvens and Ruminobacter amylophilus were higher in MP and HMP than those in control and CMP(P<0.05).The results indicated that mixed probiotics could improve rumen fermentation of dairy cows,and the optimum supplementation mode was to add MP and CMP in equal proportion.
