露天转井工巷道近邻边坡围岩渐进破裂机制及加固方案

Progressive fracture mechanism and reinforcement scheme of surrounding rock of adjacent slope of open pit transfer roadway

摘要 为解决露天转地下开采近邻边坡巷道支护难题,本文以阜新高海煤矿露天转井工开采斜井施工过程中实际揭露的断层破碎带为工程背景,根据现场揭露的断层破碎带完整岩石与碎屑的结构特征、数量特征,利用畸变法建立了随机多边形的离散元计算分析模型,系统研究了巷道开挖过程中围岩位移场、裂隙场的渐进破坏规律。结果表明,巷道围岩破坏始于断层破碎带的碎屑结构,裂隙自拱顶向边坡的坡脚方向发育,在两者间形成了宏观破裂面,诱发巷道拱顶围岩和边坡发生大面积失稳,最后提出了巷道超前注浆、边坡打设锚杆的加固措施,经工程检验,加固方案可行,研究结果可为类似地层下的巷道施工提供参考。 In order to solve the problem of roadway support for adjacent slopes from open-pit to underground mining, the fault fracture zone exposed in the inclined shaft construction process of open-pit to underground mining in Fuxin Gaohai Coal Mine was taken as the engineering background. According to the structural characteristics and quantitative characteristics of intact rock and debris in the fault fracture zone exposed on the spot, the discrete element calculation and analysis model of random polygon was established by distortion method, and the progressive failure law of surrounding rock displacement field and fracture field during roadway excavation was systematically studied. The results showed that the failure of surrounding rock of roadway started from the clastic structure of fault fracture zone, and the fracture developed from the vault to the slope toe of the slope, and the macroscopic fracture surface was formed between the two. The large area instability of surrounding rock and slope of roadway vault was induced. Finally, the reinforcement measures of roadway advance grouting and slope anchor were put forward. The engineering test showed that the reinforcement scheme was feasible. The research results could provide reference for roadway construction in similar strata.
