束合管幕结构结合缝压弯性能足尺试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 为克服管幕法钢管节之间无法协同工作、支护效率差等缺点,进一步拓展管幕法在浅埋大跨地下结构施工中的优势,提出一种依托横向预应力的新型地下结构形式——U-BIT束合管幕工法。但该工法的施工工艺以及结构性能的研究还处于初期阶段,其结构力学性能和受力薄弱点均不清晰,亟需开展系列试验及模型研究。在工程需求和前期文献调研的基础上,针对该束合管幕结构开展压弯性能足尺试验研究,探究束合管幕结构在压弯作用下的受力特性与承载能力。结果表明:1)结构挠度、结合缝张开可划分为6个发展阶段;2)结合缝脱开、混凝土局部破坏、CT型锁扣紧贴以及CT型锁扣脱开是结构的重要性能点;3)结构破坏形式表现为上部CT型锁扣脱开,无法继续承担外荷载;4)结合缝开裂荷载及结构承载力极限荷载的试验结果均与理论值相近。 A new underground structure based on transverse prestress,underground bundled integrate(U-BIT),is proposed to address the shortcomings of the pipe curtain method,such as ineffective coordination of steel pipes and low support efficiency,and further expand the benefits of pipe curtain in shallow-buried large-span underground structures.However,the research on the building technology and structural performance of the U-BIT is still in its early stages.It is crucial to carry out several tests and studies since its structural,mechanical properties,and stresses weak areas are unclear.Based on the engineering requirements and previous literature research,a full-scale experimental study on the shear performance of the bundled integrate structure is conducted to investigate the structure′s mechanical properties and bearing capacity under compression and bending.The findings reveal the following:(1)The structural deflection and joint opening can be categorized into six development stages.(2)The disengagement of joints,partial failure of concrete,clinginess of CT lock,and disengagement of CT lock are key performance indicators of the structure.(3)The structural failure is indicated as the upper CT type lock falls off and is unable to continue to support an external weight.(4)The experimental results of fracture load and ultimate load of structural bearing capacity are close to the theoretical values.
