全蒸发顶空气相色谱法测定水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳 被引量:2

Determination of Trichlormethane and Carbon Tetrachloride inWater by Full Evaporation Headspace Gas Chromatography

摘要 为快速检测水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳,本文建立了全蒸发顶空气相色谱检测法。将试样加入到经高纯氮气吹扫过的顶空瓶内,在优化的色谱条件下,三氯甲烷、四氯化碳及分析水全蒸发至气态,并在1 min内达到平衡,然后通过色谱柱分离,经电子捕获检测器检测并由外标法定量。结果表明,三氯甲烷和四氯化碳分别在(10~160)μg·L^(-1)和(5~80)μg·L^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,对应相关系数分别为0.99972和0.99987。样品回收率分别为99.4%和106.0%,检出限均小于2μg·L^(-1),相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)均小于1.00%。本方法操作简便、快速、准确、绿色环保,为水环境有机物的快速检测提供了技术支撑。 A novel full evaporation headspace gas chromatography method was established to study trichlormethane and carbon tetrachloride in water.The samples were added into a headspace vial purged with high purity nitrogen.Under the opti-mized chromatographic conditions,trichloromethane,carbon tetrachloride and water were fully evaporated to the gaseous state and reached equilibrium in 1 min,and then separated by a chromatographic column,detected by an electron capture detector and quantified by external standard method.The results showed good linearity in the range of(10~160)μg·L^(-1)for trichloro-methane and(5~80)μg·L^(-1)for carbon tetrachloride,with the correlation coefficients of 0.99972 and 0.99987,respectively.The recoveries were 99.4%and 106.0%,and the limits of detection were less than 2μg·L^(-1)with the relative standard devia-tions(RSD,n=6)less than 1.00%.The method is easy to operate,fast,accurate,and environmentally friendly,which provides a technical method for the rapid detection of organic matter in water environment.
