Research on the current situation and countermeasures of hospital social responsibility information disclosure in a level A tertiary hospital in Anhui province based on the cross-compound mode

摘要目的:探讨医院社会责任信息披露问题与对策。方法:运用交叉复合模式中“国际标准化组织社会责任指南标准(ISO26000)的主要议题”和“利益相关者模式”,选取“服务质量与安全责任”“环境责任”“可持续发展责任”“患者责任”“职工责任”“政府责任”六个维度分析安徽省某三级综合医院社会责任信息披露现状。结果:医院披露内容包括医疗机构基本情况、医疗质量、运行效率、医疗费用、服务承诺等方面,基本涵盖了“医疗服务质量与安全责任”“环境责任”“可持续发展责任”及“患者”“职工”“政府责任”三个利益相关者的社会责任信息。但社会责任披露内容过于专业,可及性较差,与政府和公众的需求存在差异性。结论:应强化医院制度环境对信息披露的正向作用,完善以需求为主导的分阶段、逐步披露模式,提高信息化社会责任信息披露的有效性。 Objective:To analyze the current situation of hospital social responsibility information disclosure in a level A tertiary hospital in Anhui province,as well as to explore the contents and norms.Methods:The crosscompound mode was used to analyze the contents and norm of hospital social responsibility information disclosure from six dimension including medical service quality and safety responsibility,environmental responsibility,sustainability responsibility,patient,staff,and government responsibility.Results:Hospital basic information,medical quality,operational efficiency,medical expenses,service commitments was included in hospital social responsibility information disclosure in the level A tertiary hospital in Anhui province.It basically covers the social responsibility in the information medical service quality and safety responsibility,environmental responsibility,sustainability responsibility,and stakeholders responsibility of patient,staff,,government.Conclusion:The hospital social responsibility information disclosure was attached more importance by hospital management but the accessibility was poor.There exist differences in the needs of the government and the public and relevant system.The strategies about strengthening the positive effect of hospital social responsibility information disclosure system,forming a demand-orientated model and improving the effectiveness of information was purposed in this paper.
