摘要
公路实际设计工作中出于安全考虑,通常全线统一采用设计速度为限制速度,“一刀切”的限速方式大大降低了公路通行能力。建议对公路上特定位置限速,并对特定限速路段进行系统分析:对于平、纵面个体指标限速路段,从横向力系数、视距半径计算入手;对于长直线、长下坡或大半径圆曲线接小半径圆曲线限速路段基于期望速度进行分析;对于连续弯道限速路段则综合考虑视觉连续性及限速区最小长度;对于特长、长隧道及桥梁路段,综合考虑行驶环境,采用设计速度限速,并按20V距离重复限速。
For safety reasons, the design speed is generally adopted as the limiting speed in the actual highway design work, and the "one size fits all" speed limit approach greatly reduces the highway traffic capacity.This paper proposes that the speed at specific locations is limited on the highway, and a systematic analysis of the specific speed limit sections is conducted.For the individual index of horizontal and longitudinal plane in speed limit sections, the calculation shall be started from the transverse force coefficient and sight distance radius;For long straight lines, long down slopes or large radius circular curve followed by small radius circular curve, the analysis is based on the expected speed;For the speed limit section of continuous curves, the visual continuity and the minimum length of speed limit area should be considered comprehensively;For the speed limit section with extra-long and long tunnels and bridges, considering the driving environment comprehensively, the design speed limit is adopted, and the setting is repeated according to the distance of 20V.
