摘要
近年来,作为一种新兴系统工程方法,基于模型的系统工程(MBSE)的相关研究及应用迅速扩展,已成为美欧军事强国进行国防工业数字化转型的重要抓手,受到政府机构、军工企业的广泛关注。本文首先介绍了美军在政策制度引导、组织机构保障等方面有序推动MBSE发展的政策管理举措;其次,从提升武器系统研制管理能力、提升武器系统多学科协同优化设计能力、加速国防军工数字化转型三个方面分析了MBSE在国外武器系统研制中的应用现状,从建模手段、模型数据来源、应用范围三方面总结凝练出MBSE的发展重点;最后从政府部门统一谋划、培育MBSE发展文化等方面提出了启示与建议。
In recent years,Model-Based Systems Engineering(MBSE)related studies and applications have developed rapidly,becoming an essential breakthrough for the digital transformation of defense industries in the United States and European military powers.Thus,MBSE related studies have received extensive attention from corresponding government agencies and military enterprises.This paper firstly introduces the policy management measures taken by the U.S.military to promote the development of MBSE in terms of guidance through the policy system and guarantees for organizations and institutions.Secondly,the application status of MBSE in developing weapon systems in other countries is analyzed from three aspects:improving the management capabilities of weapon system development,enhancing the capabilities of multidisciplinary collaborative optimization design of weapon systems,and accelerating the digital transformation of the national defense industry.Finally,the enlightenment and suggestions for China are proposed considering the aspects of unified planning by government departments,implementing pilot applications,and cultivating a culture of MBSE development.
