摘要
随着信息时代情报来源的多元化、数字化发展,情报数据量产生爆发式增长,现有情报分析能力、效益面临严峻挑战。为了应对情报大数据中“数据爆炸”“价值稀疏”等问题,美国情报界大力推动人工智能技术在情报数据处理、分析中的应用,并获得了大量经验。密切跟踪美国利用人工智能技术支持情报工作的最新进展,深入剖析相关做法,对我国开展基于人工智能的情报分析工作具有一定参考借鉴意义。本文在系统梳理美国政府主要情报部门当前开展的典型人工智能项目基础上,从理论视角分析了人工智能系统在情报处理全过程中的作用和影响,研究了人工智能系统对情报分析的有效性,分析了美国情报领域推动人工智能系统的应用前景,研判美国情报领域人工智能系统应用进展及其面临的主要问题,为我国在大数据和人工智能时代加快推进情报分析理论和方法创新提供借鉴。
Due to the increasing diversification and digitization of intelligence sources in the information age,the amount of intelligence data has grown explosively and the existing analysis ability and efficiency are severely challenged.To deal with problems such as“data explosion”and“value sparseness”in intelligence big data,the American intelligence community has been vigorously promoting the application of artificial intelligence(AI)technologies in intelligence data processing and analysis and has gained a lot of experience.Closely tracking the latest progress of the use of AI to support intelligence in the United States and analyzing relevant practices in detail give significant references for China to conduct AI-based intelligence analysis.By systematically combing the typical AI projects currently conducted by the main intelligence departments of the U.S.government,this paper analyzes the role and influence of AI systems from a theoretical perspective in the whole process of intelligence processing.This research also evaluates the effectiveness of AI systems in intelligence analysis,and analyzes the prospect of promoting AI systems in American intelligence.The progresses and main problems of AI system application in intelligence in the United States are obtained,providing directions for China to accelerate the innovation of intelligence analysis theories and methods in the era of big data and AI。
