PLA/PBAT/沙柳三元木塑复合材料的制备及性能研究 被引量:6

Study on Preparation and Properties of PLA/PBAT/Salix Ternary Wood Plastic Composites

摘要 为改善聚乳酸(PLA)基木塑复合材料中质硬、韧性差和耐热性差等缺点,以聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBAT)作为改性树脂,制备PLA/PBAT/沙柳三元木塑复合材料。结果表明:PBAT加入量为树脂总量(PLA+PBAT)的50%时,木塑复合材料(WPC)的静曲强度、弹性模量和拉伸强度分别为30.86、3 042、13.47 MPa,冲击强度、维卡软化温度和热变形温度分别为4.74 kJ/m^(2)、66.6℃和59.3℃。与未添加PBAT的样品相比,样品6的静曲强度、弹性模量和拉伸强度的保持率分别为60%、51%和54%,冲击强度提高80%,样品6的韧性得到明显改善;维卡软化温度和热变形温度升高5.9℃和2.5℃,样品6抵抗热变形能力得到增强。 In order to improve the hardness, poor toughness and poor heat resistance of polylactic acid(PLA) based wood-plastic composites, poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)(PBAT) was used as modified resin to prepare PLA/PBAT/Salix ternary wood plastic composites. The results show that when the PBAT content is 50% of the total resin(PLA+PBAT), the static bending strength, elastic modulus and tensile strength of wood plastic composites(WPC) are 30.86, 3 042 and 13.47 MPa, respectively. The impact strength, Vicat softening temperature and thermal deformation temperature are 4.74 kJ/m^(2), 66.6 ℃ and 59.3 ℃, respectively. Compared with the sample without PBAT, the static bending strength, elastic modulus and tensile strength retention rate of sample 6 are 60%, 51% and 54%, respectively, and the impact strength of sample 6 is increased by 80%, and the toughness of sample 6 is significantly improved. The Vicat softening temperature and thermal deformation temperature are increased by 5.9 ℃ and 2.5 ℃, and the thermal deformation resistance of sample 6 is enhanced.
