摘要
高等教育作为高质量教育体系的重要组成部分,以及人力资源要素供给的主要阵地,在“双循环”格局中需要统筹国内外资源形成核心竞争力。从区域空间看,高等教育在“双循环”格局的体系定位中应当成为整体系统驱动下的关键部件、区域资源流转中的核心节点、经济持续循环下的重要引擎、行业集聚效应中的协同高地。高等教育应积极融入“双循环”新格局,强化高等教育区域联动,其具体做法是:立足空间布局,提高教育资源共享凝聚力;完善供给链条,提高教育内涵发展驱动力;强化产教融合,提高教育创新发展转化率;坚持开放教育,提高教育话语传播影响力;聚焦长远发展,提高区域联动模式科学性。
As an important part of the high-quality education system and the main position for the supply of human resources,higher education needs to coordinate domestic and foreign resources to form core competitiveness in the “dual cycle”pattern.From the perspective of regional space,higher education should become the key component driven by the overall system and the core of regional resource circulation in the system positioning of the“dual cycle”pattern,the core node in the circulation of regional resources,an important engine under the sustainable economic cycle,and a synergy highland in the industrial agglomeration effect.Higher education should actively integrate into the new pattern of “dual cycle”and strengthen the regional linkage of higher education,specifically including such aspects as enhancing the cohesion of educational resources sharing based on the spatial layout,improving the supply chain to enhance the driving force of educational connotation development,strengthening the production-education integration to enhance the transformation rate of educational innovation and development,adhering to open education to improve the influence of educational discourse,and focusing on long-term development to improve the scientificity of the regional linkage model.
