摘要
目的探讨激励式护理模式对老年患者腹腔镜胆囊切除(LC)术后康复及心理状态的影响。方法选取南阳市第一人民医院2019年8月至2021年8月拟行LC手术的102例老年患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为参照组(51例)、研究组(51例),参照组接受常规护理干预,在此基础上研究组接受激励式护理干预。对比两组心理状态[自评抑郁量表(SDS)评分、自评焦虑量表(SAS)评分]、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评分、自我效能(GSES)评分、术后康复情况、住院时间。结果干预后研究组SDS、SAS、SPBS评分低于参照组,GSES评分高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组肛门首次排便时间、首次排气时间、疼痛消失时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及住院时间较参照组短(P<0.05);干预后研究组心理、躯体、社会功能评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论激励式护理模式能改善LC老年患者心理状态,减轻自我感受负担,提高自我效能,促进术后康复。
Objective To investigate the effects of motivational care model on the postoperative rehabilitation and psychological status of elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods One hundred and two elderly patients who were undergo LC surgery in Nanyang First People’s Hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into a reference group(51 cases)and a study group(51 cases)by random sampling method.The reference group receiving conventional nursing interventions and the study group receiving motivational care interventions on this basis.The psychological status[self-rated depression scale(SDS)scores,self-rated anxiety scale(SAS)scores],self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)scores,general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores,postoperative recovery and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results SDS,SAS and SPBS scores were lower in the study group than in the reference group after the intervention(P<0.05).GSES score was higher in the study group than that in the reference group after the intervention(P<0.05).Time to first anal defecation,time to first exhaustion,time to disappearance of pain,time to recovery of bowel sounds and hospital stay were shorter in the study group than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Psychological,somatic and social function scores were higher in the study group than those in the reference group after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The motivational care model can improve the psychological status of elderly LC patients,reduce the burden of self-feeling,improve self-efficacy,promote postoperative recovery.
