摘要
文章建立测定聚阴离子纤维中镍含量的一种方法,选择合适的梯度温度干法灰化法进行样品前处理,不使用基体改进剂,经过石墨炉原子化,在232.0 nm处测定吸光度,与标准系列比较定量。实验结果表明,该研究方法前处理简单方便,测定结果的灵敏度和准确度较好,可以满足聚阴离子纤维素中镍含量的检测要求。
A method was established to determine the nickel content in polyanionic fiber in this paper, selecting a suitable gradient temperature dry ash method for sample pretreatment, without the matrix improvement agent, determining the absorbance at 232.0 nm, and comparing it with the standard series to determine quantity. Experimental results show that the pretreatment method is simple and convenient, the sensitivity and accuracy is good. The method can meet the polyanionic cellulose nickel content monitoring requirements.
