摘要
目的探寻Yes相关蛋白1(YAP1)和β-联蛋白(β-catenin)在Ⅰ~Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学Elivision两步法检测2013年1月至2020年12月该院收治的确诊且有完整病理检查资料的52例不同级别星形细胞瘤及10例正常脑组织中YAP1和β-catenin的表达及相关性,分析二者与临床病理参数及患者预后的关系。结果52例星形细胞瘤中YAP1和β-catenin的表达均明显高于正常脑组织,Ⅰ~Ⅱ级星形细胞瘤中YAP1和β-catenin的表达均明显高于Ⅲ~Ⅳ级,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);YAP1和β-catenin在星形细胞瘤中的表达主要受肿瘤大小、级别的影响,且二者表达呈正相关(r=0.553,P<0.05);二者共同表达可缩减患者生存期。结论YAP1和β-catenin在星形细胞瘤中的表达随肿瘤级别增高而增强,且二者表达呈正相关。
Objective To explore the expression and meaning of Yes-associated protein 1(YAP1)and β-catenin in grade Ⅰ-Ⅳ astrocytomas.Methods The expression and correlation of YAP1 and β-catenin in 52 cases of astrocytomas of different grades and 10 cases of normal brain tissues with complete pathological data admitted and diagnosed to our hospital from January 2013 to December 2020 were detected by immunohistochemical Elivision two-step method.The relationship between them and clinicopathological parameters and prognosis were analyzed.Results The expression of YAP1 and β-catenin in 52 astrocytomas were significantly higher than that in normal brain tissues.The expression of YAP1 and β-catenin in grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ astrocytomas were higher those that in grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ astrocytomas,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of YAP1 and β-catenin in astrocytoma were mainly affected by tumor size and grade,and their expression was positively correlated(P<0.05),which could shorten the survival time of patients.Conclusion The expression of YAP1 and β-catenin are positively correlated in the astrocytoma and increases with grade.
