摘要
地铁16号线北安河车辆段综合利用项目是在地铁停车库与检修库区上盖大面积综合开发,存在诸多施工技术难点与施工组织管理难点。施工总承包单位充分利用BIM工具的参数化、可视化、前置模拟等技术优势,助力轨道交通一体化工程的建设。该工程BIM技术应用可为类似工程提供案例借鉴。
Comprehensive utilization project of Beianhe depot of metro line 16,the project is a large-scale comprehensive development on the subway parking garage and maintenance garage area,there are many difficulties in construction technology and construction organization and management.The general contractor of construction makes full use of the technical advantages of BIM tools such as parameterization,visualization,and pre-simulation to help the construction of rail transit integration projects.The application of BIM technology in this project will provide reference for the similar projects.
