摘要
目的研究浮针疗法结合中药封包治疗椎管内麻醉患者术后并发症尿潴留的疗效。方法以应用椎管内麻醉手术后患有尿潴留60例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组应用浮针疗法结合中药封包治疗,对照组应用常规治疗。跟踪随访两组疗效。结果观察组和对照组治疗有效率对比,显著有效率分别为:观察组66.67%、对照组33.33%,总有效率分别为:观察组93.33%、对照组76.67%,P分别为:0.0185、0.0275,具有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组的首次排尿时间和完全通畅排尿时间、残余尿量均低于对照组,P分别为:0.0375、0.0283、0.0387,具有明显差异(P<0.05),排出尿量观察组大于对照组,P为0.0368(P<0.05),组间比较,具有明显差异。结论浮针疗法结合中药封包治疗椎管内麻醉患者术后并发症尿潴留能提高治疗效果,有效改善排尿状况,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the floating needle therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine package envelop on postoperative complications of urinary retention after intraspinal anesthesia Methods 60 patients with urinary retention after spinal anesthesia were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The observation group was treated with floating acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine and the control group was treated with routine therapy.Followmp Group 2 curative effect.Results The effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 66.67%and 33.33%,respectively.The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 93.33%and 76.67%respectively,P was 0.0185 and 0.0275,with significant difference(P<0.05)The time of first micturition,complete patency micturition and residual urine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P=0.0375,0.0283,0.0387,P<0.05).The micturition volume in the observation group was higher than that in the Control Group(P=0.0368,P<0.05),the conparison has the obvious difference.Conelusion Floating needle therapy combined with Chinese medicine enveloping treatment of postoperative complications of spinal anesthesia uroschesis has improved therapeutic effect,effective improvement of voiding conditions,worthy of clinical promotion.
