Improvement Idea of Phase Selection Controller Field Application

摘要 为减小换流变、电容器等合闸时的涌流对系统的冲击,采用了选相控制技术。但断路器机构机械特性容易受到温度、液压、气压、静置时间、控制电压的影响,会发生无法预知的变化,这种变化会影响涌流控制效果。需要通过试验获取各参数跟合闸时间的关系曲线,耗时费力,还需要每年做试验修正。提出改进一次设计方案和选相控制装置,在每次合闸前先空合一次断路器,获取当时条件下断路器的合闸时间,再投入偏差压板,由于获取当前的合闸时间准确度较高,可以有效减小涌流,而且可以避免重复大量试验获取补偿曲线,节省人力物力。 In order to reduce the impact of inrush current on the system when the converter and capacitor switch on,phase selection control technology is adopted.However,the mechanical properties of the circuit breaker mechanism are easily affected by temperature,hydraulic pressure,air pressure,standing time and control voltage,and unpredictable changes will occur,which affect the inrush current control effect.It is necessary to obtain the relation curve between each parameter and closing time through test,which is time-consuming and laborious,and the test correction needs to be conducted every year.This paper puts forward a primary improved design scheme and phase selection control device:Switch on the primary circuit breaker one time before each closing to obtain the closing time of the circuit breaker under the conditions at that time,and then put in the deviation pressure plate.Due to the high accuracy of the present closing time obtained,the improved design and device can effectively reduce inrush current,avoid a lot of repeated tests to obtain the compensation curve,and can also save manpower and material resources.
