摘要
现有职业病危害因素检测硫化氢采用硝酸银目视比色法,准确性和重复性较差。在硝酸银目视比色法的基础上采用紫外分光光度法检测工作场所空气中硫化氢的含量,结果表明在特征吸收波长为285 nm、显色时间30 min的条件下,硫化氢标准曲线的相关系数r≥0.999,线性范围为0~20μg,检出限0.01μg/mL,最低检出浓度为0.007 mg/m^(3),相对标准偏差小于4%,回收率为99.7%~101.0%,5 d硫化氢样品含量的下降率均小于10%。因此本方法标准曲线理想且在一定时间范围内可重复使用,样品稳定性、准确度和精密度均满足要求,可应用于实际检测工作。
The existing occupational disease hazard factor detection hydrogen sulfide adopts silver nitrate visual colorimetry method,which has poor accuracy and repeatability.The content of hydrogen sulfide in the workplace air was detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry on the basis of silver nitrate visual colorimetry.The results showed that under the conditions of characteristic absorption wavelength of 285 nm and color development time of 30 min,the correlation coefficient of hydrogen sulfide standard curve was r≥0.999,the linear range was 0~20μg,the detection limit was 0.01μg/mL,and the minimum detection concentration was 0.007 mg/m^(3),the relative standard deviation was less than 4%,the recovery rate was 99.7%~101.0%,and the decrease rate of hydrogen sulfide sample content in 5 days was less than 10%.Therefore,the standard curve of this method is ideal and can be used repeatedly within a certain time range.The stability,accuracy and precision of the sample meet the requirements,which can be applied to actual detection work.
