电商循环快递包装回收问题及对策研究 被引量:4

摘要 电商快递业务量的持续上涨造成了相关包装资源的紧张,一次性包装资源过度消耗问题急需解决。本文阐述了电商循环快递包装以一次性包装为主的特点,循环快递包装成本高、循环快递包装不成熟、循环箱并未得到充分推广。目前循环快递包装回收主要以自营回收、联合回收、委托回收和具体回收四种模式为主,存在人员参与度、成本、循环流通、安全和商品适用等五种问题。最后提出了针对电商物流快递包装回收的五种主要对策:增强使用快递盒的消费者权益;加大政府补贴与支持;借鉴德国二元回收体系,多方参与联合回收;维护消费者隐私;设计多规格循环快递包装。 The continuous rise of e-commerce express delivery business volume has caused the tension of related packaging resources,and the problem of excessive consumption of one-time packaging resources needs to be solved urgently.This paper expounds the characteristics of China’s e-commerce circular express packaging,namely,disposable packaging with high cost and immature circular express packaging,the circulating box has not been fully promoted.At present,China’s recycling express packaging recycling mainly takes four modes:self-recycling,joint recycling,entrusted recycling and specific recycling,and there are five problems,such as low personnel participation,cost,circular circulation,safety and commodity application.Finally,five main countermeasures for China’s e-commerce logistics express packaging recycling:enhance the rights and interests of consumers using express boxes;increase government subsidies and support;guide the German binary recycling system,participate in joint recycling;maintain consumer privacy;design multi-specification circular express packaging.
