摘要
本文通过分析军用器材循环包装箱金属部件--卡扣的工作原理与使用需求,分析循环包装箱金属部件在循环装卸、工作中受到的应力,结合材料的S-N曲线得出其使用寿命,同时结合使用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对金属部件进行疲劳仿真模拟,二者结合,评估卡扣的寿命,在包装箱循环使用中卡扣的可靠性满足循环使用要求,以保证包装箱循环的可靠性。
This article analyzes the working principle of metal parts in circular packaging boxes of military equipment,and the stress of metal parts in cyclic loading,unloading and working,so as to get the service life of metal parts based on s-N curve of materials.Meanwhile,the fatigue of the metal parts in working process is simulated by the finite element software—ANSYS Workbench.The two methods of service life are combined to verify each other to ensure the reliability of the snap joint in the circular packing boxes to meet the reliability requirements.
