能源替代性、方向性技术变化对区域工业绿色增长绩效的影响

摘要 在超越对数生产函数框架下,运用Lasso方法测算了我国30个省区工业的能源与非能源要素替代弹性、偏向性技术变化和特定要素偏向技术变化。然后,利用方向性技术变化作为基本变量和俱乐部聚类检验程序将30个省归并为三个区域,通过非参数核回归方法估计了对区域工业绿色增长绩效的影响。结果显示:能源与非能源要素替代弹性大于0且小于1,说明能源与资本、劳动之间存在比较低的替代关系;能源替代性、偏向技术变化和特定要素偏向技术变化对区域工业绿色增长绩效存在正的平均效应,但它们的平均边际影响在三个区域中的表现具有明显差异性。 Under the framework of translog production function,the paper,using the Lasso approach,measures the substitution elasticity between energy and nonenergy factors,biased technical change and specific factor biased technological change in industrial sector of China’s thirty provinces.Then using biased technical change as a basic variable and club convergence and clustering procedure,thirty provinces are grouped into three clubs.Furthermore,the paper examines the impact of energy substitution,biased technical change rate and specific factor biased technological change on the green growth performance of regional industry,exploiting nonparametric kernel regression.The results show that the substitution elasticities between energy and nonenergy factors are less than one,which implies that there are the substitution links between energy and capital,and labor in industrial sector.There exist the significant positive average effects of energy substitution,biased technical change and specific factor biased technological change on improving the performance of green growth of regional industry,but the impacts of their average marginal effects are obviously different in the three regions.
