小果雪兔子挥发油及多糖组成分析

摘要 本文采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取小果雪兔子挥发油,并用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用技术对所得挥发油化学成分进行分离、鉴定,采用热水浸提、醇析法分离提取小果雪兔子粗多糖,并采用三氟乙酸水解、乙酰化修饰和气质联用法得其单糖组成。经毛细管分离出45个峰,共鉴定了其中14个成分,所鉴定化学成分占挥发油色谱峰面积的20.8%,主要化学成分有十一烷酸(3.19%),α-杜松醇(0.59%),六氢假紫罗兰酮(0.69%),邻苯二甲基十一烷基酯(0.93%),十九烷酸(1.87%),正二十二烷(1.18%),正二十三烷(1.91%),正二十四烷(2.06%),正二十五烷(2.87%),邻苯二甲酸单(2-乙基己基)酯(1.17%)。小果雪兔子粗多糖的单糖组成为鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖和半乳糖组成,其摩尔比例为3.97:7.33:2.91:1:5.45:7.03。本研究结果为小果雪兔子的深入研究和开发利用提供依据。 In this paper,steam distillation was used to extract the volatile oil of saussurea simpsoniana,and the chemical components of the obtained volatile oil were separated and identified by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The monosaccharide composition was obtained by hydrolysis of trifluoroacetic acid,acetylation modification and GC-MS method.45 peaks were separated by capillary,and 14 components were identified.The identified chemical components accounted for 20.8%of the volatile oil chromatographic peak area.The analysis results showed that the main chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Saussurea simpsoniana were undecanoic acid(3.19%),α-junidol(0.59%),hexahydropseudoionone(0.69%),o-xylylenedimethylundecyl Ester(0.93%),nonadecanoic acid(1.87%),n-docosane(1.18%),n-tricosane(1.91%),n-tetracosane(2.06%),n-pentacosane(2.87%),mono(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(1.17%).The monosaccharide composition of the crude polysaccharide of snow rabbit is rhamnose,arabinose,xylose,glucose,mannose and galactose,and its molar ratio is 3.97:7.33:2.91:1:5.45:7.03.The results of this study provide a basis for the in-depth research,development and utilization of saussurea simpsoniana.
