摘要
为了比较NaClO消毒与液氯消毒的差异,实测了某水厂采用液氯、成品NaClO、现场制备NaClO消毒时管网消毒性水质指标沿程变化情况。结果表明,3种消毒剂的杀菌消毒效果没有显著差异,3种消毒剂产生的有效氯沿管网水力停留时间呈一级反应动力学衰减,成品NaClO、现场制备NaClO消毒出水的有效氯衰减速率相当,液氯消毒出水的有效氯衰减速率偏高。液氯消毒时管网起点pH低,沿途升高,NaClO消毒时相反。液氯消毒产生的可吸附总有机卤素(AOX)高于NaClO消毒的,同等温度下液氯消毒出厂水中的AOX浓度比NaClO消毒的高出21.5%。AOX浓度随管网沿程水力停留时间呈线性增长,液氯消毒的AOX增长速率比NaClO消毒的增大50%。NaClO消毒产生的氯酸盐显著高于液氯消毒的,液氯消毒出厂水中氯酸盐为痕量,而NaClO消毒的为0.058~0.082 mg/L,是液氯消毒的10~13倍。氯酸盐浓度随管网沿程水力停留时间呈线性增长,NaClO消毒后氯酸盐增长速率0.000 2 mg/(L·min),是液氯消毒的5倍。
In order to compare the difference between NaClO disinfection and liquid chlorine disinfection,the variation of water quality indexes in a water plant pipe network was measured when liquid chlorine,finished product NaClO and on-site preparation NaClO disinfection were used.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the disinfection effects of the three disinfectants,and the effective chlorine produced by the three disinfectants decreased along the epidemic distance of the pipe network in first-order reaction dynamics.The effective chlorine decay rates of the effluent from the finished product and the effluent from the on-site preparation of NaClO were similar,but the effective chlorine decay rate of the effluent from the liquid chlorine disinfection was higher.The pH of pipe network was low at the starting point of liquid chlorine disinfection,but increased along the way,while it was opposite with NaClO disinfection.The adsorbable total organic halogens(AOX)produced by liquid chlorine disinfection was higher than that produced by NaClO disinfection,and the AOX concentration in the factory water of liquid chlorine disinfection was 21.5%higher than that produced by NaClO disinfection at the same temperature.The AOX concentration increases linearly with the distribution distance of the pipe network.The AOX growth rate of liquid chlorine disinfection is 50%higher than that of NaClO disinfection.Chlorate produced by NaClO disinfection is significantly higher than that produced by liquid chlorine disinfection,which is trace chlorate in the factory water of liquid chlorine disinfection,while the chlorate produced by NaClO disinfection is 0.058~0.082 mg/L,which is 10~13 times of liquid chlorine disinfection.The chlorate concentration increases linearly with the distribution distance of the pipe network.The chlorate concentration increases at a rate of 0.0002 mg/(L·min)after NaClO disinfection,which is 5 times that of liquid chlorine disinfection.
