基于IQPSO算法的拱桥斜拉扣挂一次张拉方案优化 被引量:1

An Optimum Calculation Method of Cable Force for Arch Bridge Stayed-buckle One-time Cable Tensioning Scheme Based on IQPSO

摘要 针对拱桥斜拉扣挂法施工中,扣锚索张拉方案传统优化方法存在的步骤繁琐、计算量大且无法对扣锚索张拉、拆索顺序进行优化等问题,在引入反向初始化、反向优化、β动态更新等手段的基础上提出了改进量子粒子群算法,利用Python脚本实现有限元模型与IQPSO算法的数据交互,通过迭代寻优得到优化后的扣锚索索力与施工全过程的索力、线形和应力等数据。优化结果表明:在测试函数下相较于经典PSO算法、QPSO算法,IQPSO算法性能更为优越;在对扣锚索初拉力和拆索顺序优化后,扣锚索最大拉力降低,初拉力、最大拉力极差分别下降12.0%、11.8%,标准差均下降10%,提高了索力均匀性与安全系数,主拱圈最大位移减小了9.9 mm,主墩和扣塔最大水平偏位分别减小1.8、4.8 mm。 In view of the problems of the traditional optimization method of the buckle anchor cable tensioning scheme in the construction of the arch bridge by the cable-stayed buckle hanging method,there are cumbersome steps,a large amount of calculation,and the inability to optimize the buckle anchor cable tension and cable removal sequence.On the basis of reverse optimization and β dynamic update,an improved quantum particle swarm algorithm is proposed,and the data interaction between the finite element model and the IQPSO algorithm is realized by using Python scripts,and the optimized anchor cable force and construction are obtained through iterative optimization.Cable force,line shape,stress,etc.In the whole process.The optimization results show that the performance of the IQPSO algorithm is superior to that of the classic PSO algorithm and QPSO algorithm under the test function;after the initial tension of the buckle anchor cable and the cable removal sequence are optimized,the maximum tension of the buckle anchor cable is reduced,and the initial tension,the maximum the extreme difference in tension decreased by 12.0% and 11.8%,and the standard deviation was decreased by 10%,which improved the uniformity and safety factor of the cable force.The maximum displacement of the main arch ring was reduced by 9.9 mm,and the maximun horizontal offset of the main pier and the buckle tower is reduced by 1.8 mm and 4.8 mm respectively.
