摘要
目的:分析2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者应用降糖消渴方对血糖水平及胰岛素抵抗的影响。方法:采用随机数字表法将2019年5月至2021年11月收治于抚州市中医院的90例T2DM患者分为两组,各45例。对照组口服达格列净片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加降糖消渴方治疗,均连续治疗3个月。对两组临床疗效、中医症候积分、血糖水平[空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)],胰岛素情况[胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)、空腹胰岛素(FIns)]及不良反应进行比较。结果:连续治疗3个月后,临床总有效率及GLP-1、FIns水平观察组高于对照组,FBG、2 h PBG、HbA1c水平及中医症候积分、HOMA-IR观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:T2DM患者应用降糖消渴方具有良好的效果,利于缓解临床症状,改善血糖水平,减轻胰岛素抵抗,是一种安全、有效的治疗方案。
Objective:To analyze the effect of jiangtang xiaoke prescription on blood glucose level and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods:A total of 90 T2DM patients admitted to Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to November 2021 were enrolled and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with dapagliflozin tablets orally,and the observation group was treated with jiangtang xiaoke prescription for 3 consecutive months.Clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,blood glucose level[fasting blood glucose (FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 h PBG)],insulin status[HOMA-IR,GLUCagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1),fasting insulin (FIns)]and adverse reactions were compared.Results:After continuous treatment for 3 months,the total clinical effective rate,GLP-1 and FIns levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of FBG,2 h PBG,HbA1c,TCM syndrome score and HOMA-IR were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences (P0.05).Conclusion:It is a safe and effective treatment for T2DM patients,which can relieve clinical symptoms,improve blood glucose level and relieve insulin resistance.
