摘要
可达性是评价城市绿色空间合理布局、公平使用的重要指标之一。近年来城市形态学新兴的量化分析手段,为精确研究滨江绿地步行可达性提供了技术基础。以虹口和杨浦滨江为例,通过街道、街廓、建筑3个层级以及对应的5个空间形态指标计算得到“设计可达性”,和基于实地调研和百度热力图的“实际可达性”比较分析,构建“基于城市形态的滨水步行可达性评价方法”。研究发现,影响滨江绿地可达性的关键性因子为街廓的长宽比例。研究结果为滨江绿地及周边城市形态的空间优化提供了一定参考。
Abastract Accessibility is one of the important indicators to evaluate the rational layout and fair use of urban green space.In recent years,the emerging quantitative analysis methods of urban morphology provide a technical basis for the accurate study of pedestrian accessibility of waterfront area.Taking Hongkou and Yangpu riverside as examples,the"design accessibility"is calculated through five spatial form indicators corresponding three levels of streets,blocks and the building forms."Actual accessibility"is based on field survey and Baidu thermal diagram.We construct waterfront pedestrian accessibility evaluation method through comparing and analyzing.We find that the key factor affecting the accessibility of riverside green space is the ratio of length to width of the blocks.The research results provide reference for the spatial optimization of riverside green space and surrounding urban morphology.
