摘要
以粉状危化品双层包装袋外袋扎口装置为研究对象进行了结构设计。分析了外袋扎口的工作原理,对其主要系统机构组成及关键参数进行了理论分析,建立实物模型,对其进行实验验证,最终得出双层包装袋外袋扎口装置的设计方案。设计方案对提高双层包装袋外袋扎口装置自动化程度有一定的指导意义,同时对各类物料需使用双层包装袋外袋扎口的方式具有一定的借鉴作用。
In this paper,the structure design of the double-layer bag zipper for powdered hazardous chemical products was carried out.Firstly,the working principle of the outer bag zipper was analyzed,then the main system components and key parameters were theoretically analyzed,and finally the physical model was established.The experimental verification was carried out,and the design scheme of the outer bag zipper of the double-layer packaging bag was derived.This paper has a certain guiding significance to improve the automation of the double-layer bag zipper device,and also has a certain reference role for the way of double-layer bag zipper for all kinds of materials.
