摘要
目的:分析即刻种植对上颌前牙缺损患者植体周围软组织的影响。方法:选取2017年10月—2020年10月焦作市五官医院收治的148例上颌前牙缺损患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为即刻种植组和延期种植组,每组各74例。延期种植组予以延期种植修复治疗,即刻种植组予以即刻种植修复治疗。对比两组患者美学效果、龈沟出血情况、修复满意度与生活质量。结果:修复后,即刻种植组红色美学指数(PES)、白色美学指数(WES)评分[(9.86±0.93)分、(8.29±0.76)分]高于延期种植组[(8.77±0.69)分、(6.64±0.62)分],龈沟出血指数(mBI)[(0.99±0.23)分]低于延期种植组[(1.25±0.31)分],SF-36内各维度评分[(80.38±4.12)分、(79.83±3.90)分、(80.38±3.89)分、(81.75±4.25)分、(80.68±4.19)分、(80.45±4.09)分、(81.36±4.28)分、(81.09±3.92分)]高于对照组[(72.25±3.53)分、(71.45±3.21)分、(72.25±3.26)分、(73.26±3.40)分、(72.36±3.51)分、(71.38±3.59)分、(71.29±3.21)分、(70.22±3.38)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);即刻种植组修复满意度[97.30%(72/74)]高于延期种植组[78.38%(58/74)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:即刻种植应用于上颌前牙缺损患者修复中,可提高植体附近软组织与牙冠美学效果,降低龈沟出血情况,提高修复满意度,继而改善患者的生活质量。
Objective: To analyze the effect of immediate implantation on soft tissue surrounding maxillary anterior tooth defect. Methods: A total of 148 patients with maxillary anterior tooth defect admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to October2020 were selected as the research objects, and divided into an immediate implantation group and a delayed implantation group according to the random number table method, with 74 cases in each group. The delayed implantation group was given delayed implantation repair treatment, and the immediate implantation group was given immediate implantation repair treatment. The aesthetic effects, gingival sulcus bleeding, restoration satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: After repair, the red aesthetic index(PES) and white aesthetic index(WES) scores of the immediate implantation group([9.86±0.93]points, [8.29±0.76] points) were higher than those of the delayed implantation group([8.77±0.69] points,([6.64±0.62] points), gingival sulcus bleeding index(mBI)([0.99±0.23] points) lower than the delayed implant group([1.25±0.31] points), the scores of each dimension in SF-36([80.38±4.12] points, [79.83±3.90] points, [80.38±3.89] points, [81.75±4.25] points, [80.68±4.19] points,[80.45±4.09] points, [81.36±4.28] points, [81.09±3.92] points) were higher than those of the control group([72.25±3.53] points,[71.45±3.21] points, [72.25±3.26] points, [73.26±3.40] points, [72.36 ±3.51] points, [71.38±3.59] points, [71.29±3.21] points,[70.22±3.38] points), the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The restoration satisfaction of the immediate implantation group(97.30% [72/74]) was higher than that of the delayed implantation group(78.38% [58/74]), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Immediate implantation in the restoration of maxillary anterior teeth defects can improve the esthetic effect of the soft tissue near the implant and the crown, reduce the bleeding of the gingival sulcus, improve the satisfaction of the restoration, and then improve the quality of life of the patients.
