摘要
慈善捐赠作为第三次分配的主要方式对中国实现共同富裕具有重要作用。根据2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据,采用Logit模型与OLS模型实证分析了慈善受助者是否更愿意进行慈善捐赠,从而实现慈善爱心的传递。研究发现:第一,慈善受助者不仅慈善捐赠意愿更高,捐赠金额也相应更高;第二,慈善受助者慈善捐赠意愿与捐赠金额具有显著的异质性,女性慈善受助者与农村慈善受助者的捐赠意愿和捐赠金额更高;第三,影响机制发现慈善受助者由于具有更高的奉献意识、社会信任与对未来生活的信心,因而其捐赠意愿与捐赠金额更高。因此,在中国迈向共同富裕的过程中应该从撬动政府、社会与个体等多元主体有序参与慈善捐赠活动,扩大受助群体规模;持续加强对农村地区的慈善捐赠力度,增加农村困难群体受助经历;强化慈善捐赠文化宣传,提升慈善捐赠文化认同,增强居民社会信任,形成良好的慈善捐赠文化氛围;弘扬奉献精神,培养奉献意识,引导居民进行合理的慈善捐赠等方面,助推中国慈善事业发展与共同富裕的实现。
As the main part of the third distribution,charitable donations play an important role in realizing common prosperity in China.According to the 2018 Chinese Family Tracking Survey data,this paper based on the Logit model and OLS model,empirically analyzes whether charitable recipients are more willing to make charitable donations to achieve the transfer of charitable love.The study finds that:First,charitable recipients not only have higher willingness to donate,but also higher donation amounts;Second,the charitable donation willingness and donation amount of charitable recipients have significant heterogeneity,and the donation willingness and donation amount of female charitable recipients and rural charitable recipients are higher;Third,charitable recipients have higher donation willingness and donation amount due to their higher dedication consciousness,social trust and confidence in future life.Therefore,in the process of China’s progress towards common prosperity,we should leverage multiple subjects such as the government,society and individuals to participate in charitable donation activities in an orderly manner,and expand the scale of recipient groups;Strengthen charitable donations in rural areas,and increase the experience of rural groups in need of assistance;Strengthen the cultural publicity of charitable donations,enhance the cultural identity of charitable donations,enhance the social trust of residents,and form a good cultural atmosphere for charitable donations;Guide residents to make reasonable charitable donations and other aspects to promote the development of China’s philanthropy and the realization of common prosperity.
