摘要
目的探讨牛角地黄汤加味联合优思悦治疗无排卵型异常子宫出血患者的有效性及对症状的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年7月浙江中医药大学附属温州中医院诊治的207例围绝经期无排卵型异常子宫出血患者作为研究对象。根据不同的治疗方式分为观察组(n=104)和对照组(n=103)。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后黄体生成素(LH)、孕酮(P)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平及子宫内膜厚度。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组LH、P、FSH水平低于对照组,VEGF、bFGF水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组子宫内膜厚度小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牛角地黄汤加味联合优思悦可调节无排卵型异常子宫出血患者内分泌水平,改善血管内皮环境,降低子宫内膜厚度。
Objective To explore the efficacy of modified Niujiao Dihuang decoction combined with Yousiyue in the treatment of anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding and its effect on symptoms.Methods A total of 207 perimenopausal patients with anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding who were treated in Wenzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(n=104)and control group(n=103).The clinical efficacy,levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone(P),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)and endometrial thickness before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH,P and FSH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of VEGF and bFGF were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Modified Niujiao Dihuang decoction combined with Yousiyue can regulate the endocrine level of anovulatory abnormal uterine bleeding patients,improve the vascular endothelial environment and reduce the endometrial thickness.
