摘要
目的探讨中医调理任督冲三脉治疗男性不育症对精子活性、性生活质量的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年8月南宁市中医医院收治的130例弱精子症引起的男性不育患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为研究组(n=63)和对照组(n=62)。对照组采用西医基础治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用中医调理任督冲三脉治疗。比较两组治疗前后的精液参数、中医证候评分、性生活质量评分。结果治疗后,研究组精液量、精子总数、精子密度、前向运动精子率、精子存活率均高于对照组,国际勃起功能指数-5评分高于对照组,中医证候评分低于对照组,性生活满意度、性生活享受度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医调理任督冲三脉治疗弱精子症引起的男性不育患者,可有效改善其的精子活力、性生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)conditioning Ren Du Chong Sanmai to treat the male infertility on sperm activity and quality of sexual life.Methods 130 cases of male infertility caused by asthenospermia admitted in Nanning Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the study group(n=63)and the control group(n=62)by a random number table.The control group was given the basic western medicine treatment,while the study group was treated with TCM conditioning Ren Du Chong Sanmai on the basis of the control group.The sperm quality parameters,TCM symptom score,and sexual life quality score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the semen volume,total sperm count,sperm density,forward motility sperm rate and sperm survival rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the international erectile function index-5 score was higher than that of the control group,the TCM symptom score was lower than that of the control group,and the sexual life satisfaction and the sexual life enjoyment were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of male infertility caused by asthenospermia by medical treatment of TCM conditioning Ren Du Chong Sanmai plays an important role in improving sperm motility and quality of sexual life.
