摘要
来源原则作为档案整理的基本原则,也是档案学重要支柱理论。从法国提出“尊重全宗”原则至今,来源原则已经有一百多年的历史。后保管时代的到来,档案学基础理论普遍遭受冲击,来源原则一度被中外学者质疑。“新来源观”是来源原则在后保管时代的重新发现,发展了新的内涵,产生了新的实践探索。本文对后保管时代“新来源观”的发展进行阐述,并回顾了“新来源观”的实践历程。历经时代变迁,来源原则在理论界的地位仍不可动摇。
As the basic principle of archival arrangement,the source principle is also an important pillar theory of archival science.Since France put forward the principle of respecting the whole clan,the source principle has a history of more than 1oo years.With the advent of the post-custody era,the basic theory of archival science has been generally impacted,and the source principle was once questioned by Chinese and foreign scholars.New source view is the rediscovery of the source principle in the post-custody era,which has developed new connotation and produced new practical exploration.This paper expounds the development of the new source view in the post-custody era,and reviews the practical process of the new source view.After the changes of the times,the position of the source principle in the theoretical circle is still unshakable.
