摘要
随着“一带一路”倡议和RECP的不断推进,越来越多的国产压力容器产品走出了国门。其中,不少压力容器都需采用国外标准进行设计、制造、检验与验收。水压试验作为容器出厂前进行的最后综合性试验的一种方法,是容器验收的重要依据。ASME标准是当前国际上公认的权威性法规,应用十分广泛。因此,有必要对ASMEⅧ-1卷的水压试验与国内标准的水压试验进行对比分析,以达到对两个标准的更好理解和使用。
With the continuous promotion of the"the Belt and Road"Initiative and RECP,more and more domestic pressure vessel products are exported.Among them,many pressure vessels need to adopt foreign standards for design,manufacture,inspection and acceptance.As a method of the final comprehensive test before the pressure vessel leaves the factory,hydrostatic test is an important basis for vessel acceptance.ASME standard is an internationally recognized authoritative code,which is widely used.Therefore,it is necessary to compare and analyze the hydrostatic test of ASMEⅧ-1 with that of domestic standards,so as to better understand and apply the two standards.
