摘要
目的 探讨快速康复外科护理对胃癌手术患者术后恢复时间及并发症的影响。方法 选取2020年6月至2021年6月间空军军医大学第二附属医院收治的150例胃癌手术患者作为研究目标,按照随机数表法分为研究组和对照组,每组75例。对照组行常规护理措施,研究组行快速康复外科护理,研究并比较两组患者的术后恢复时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、进食时间、术后下床时间、并发症与生活质量情况。结果 护理前,两组患者的生活质量情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,研究组与对照组相比生活质量情况较好,并发症率较低,术后恢复时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、进食时间及术后下床时间较短,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 胃癌手术患者行快速康复外科护理理念可显著提升其生活质量,减少并发症,缩短术后恢复时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、进食时间和术后下床时间,值得临床进一步研究、借鉴。
Objective To systematically analyze the effects of fast track surgery nursing on time to postoperative recovery and complications in patients undergoing operation for gastric cancer. Methods A total of 150 patients with gastric cancer treated at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University were selected from June 2020 to June 2021. They were divided into an experimental group and a control group with 75 patients in each group using the random number method. The experimental group received fast track surgery and the control group received conventional nursing. Time to postoperative recovery, gastrointestinal function recovery, eating and out-of-bed activities, complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing, quality of life of was better, the incidence of complications was lower, and time to postoperative recovery, gastrointestinal function recovery, eating and out-of-bed activities were shorter in the experimental group than in the control group and(all P<0.05). Conclusion Fast track surgery nursing can significantly improve quality of life, reduce complications, shorten time to postoperative recovery, gastrointestinal function recovery, eating and out-of-bed activities in patients undergoing operation for gastric cancer. It is worthy of further clinical research and reference.
