摘要
CL-20作为目前能量水平最高的单质含能化合物之一,在炸药和推进剂等领域具有极大的应用前景。综述2010年以来含能化合物六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷(CL-20或HNIW)的合成研究新进展,重点介绍和分析了CL-20的传统合成工艺和氢解脱苄工艺的研究现状,特别是HBIW氢解脱苄合成TADB过程中新催化剂的研究进展和催化剂失活机理研究情况。对CL-20合成过程中存在的问题进行总结和提出建议,对未来的CL-20的研究发展方向进行展望。
As one of most powerful high energy density materials, CL-20 has great application prospects in the fields of explosives and propellants.This review summarizes the new progress in the synthesis of the energetic compound hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane(CL-20 or HNIW) since 2010,focusing on the traditional synthesis process of CL-20 and hydrogenolysis debenzylation process.The research of new catalysts and the mechanism of catalyst deactivation in the process of HBIW hydrogenolysis debenzylation to synthesize TADB are specially introduced.The problems existing in the synthesis process of CL-20 are summarized, and the prospects of further development are proposed.
