摘要
介绍了几种常见非热等离子体技术及其特点,综述了非热等离子体在二氧化钛材料制备中的应用研究进展,最后展望了非热等离子体应用于二氧化钛材料制备的未来发展前景。
Several common non-thermal plasma technologies and their characteristics are introduced, and the application research progress of non-thermal plasma in the preparation of TiO_(2)materials is reviewed.Finally, the future development prospects of non-thermal plasma in the preparation of TiO_(2)materials are prospected.
