摘要
城镇化进程中,如何合理保护水生态环境,促进长江中下游城市群可持续协调发展,是长江流域当前面临的一个非常现实和重要的问题。为此,本文基于规模—效益—结构体系与PSR模型构建综合评价指标体系,运用耦合协调度模型、空间自相关和GWR模型,测度分析长江中下游城市群2005-2020年城镇化与水生态环境耦合协调的时空演变特征及区域差异影响因素。研究表明:城镇化和水生态环境水平呈上下波动变化态势,二者空间格局相似且整体水平偏低,上海、苏州等地区水平最高;耦合协调度总体变化较小,空间相关性显著,较少城市发生类型跃迁,且存在极化现象,高、低水平分布集聚于研究区东北、西南部;由影响因素区域差异分析可知,各要素回归系数的空间特征差异显著,集聚效应明显,其中以人均绿地面积与工业总产值空间差异较大,分布趋势不一。研究显示,不同城市耦合协调水平差异较大,存在两极分化现象,且关键影响要素各不相同,故应从城市的自身状况出发,采取针对性的政策措施,促进城镇化与水生态环境协调发展。
In the process of urbanization,how to reasonably protect the water ecological environment and promote the sustainable and coordinated development of urban clusters in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River is a very realistic and important issue facing the Yangtze River Basin.To this end,this paper structures a comprehensive evaluation index system based on the "scale benefit structure" system and the "PSR" model,and uses the coupling coordination degree model,spatial autocorrelation and GWR model to measure and analyze the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and influencing factors of regional differences of the coupling coordination between urbanization and water ecological environment in study area from 2005 to 2020.The research shows that:(1) The level of urbanization and water ecological environment fluctuates from top to bottom,and their spatial pattern is similar and the overall level is low,with the highest level in Shanghai,Suzhou and other regions.(2) The overall change of coupling coordination degree is small,the spatial correlation is significant,few cities have type transition,and there is polarization phenomenon.The high and low levels are concentrated in the northeast and southwest of the study area.(3) According to the analysis of regional differences of influencing factors,the spatial characteristics of regression coefficients of various factors are significantly different,and the agglomeration effect is obvious.Among them,the spatial difference between per capita green space area and total industrial output value is large,and the distribution trend is different.The research shows that the coupling and coordination levels of different cities are quite different,there is a phenomenon of polarization,and the key influencing factors are different.Therefore,we should start from the city’s own situation and take targeted policies and measures to promote the coordinated development of urbanization and water ecological environment.
