钢铁行业大气排放监测大数据分析及政策影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文以2020年—2021年长治市生态环境监控中心废气重点污染源在线监测系统(CEMS)在线监测数据为基础,通过方差齐性Levene检验和关于均值相等的t检验对主要污染物年、月的变化及差异进行挖掘,分析研究各项环保政策对钢铁行业各项污染物排放量变化趋势的影响。研究结果表明,2021年相比2020年长治市钢铁行业二氧化硫、氮氧化物排放量t检验的双侧Sig值小于0.05,显著下降,颗粒物排放量有所减少。2020年—2021年长治市钢铁行业相继执行行业排污标准的特别排放标准、超低排放标准,可见,长治市钢铁行业对中央、地方环保政策积极响应。 Based on the online monitoring data of the on-line monitoring system(CEMS)of key waste gas pollution sources of Changzhi Ecological Environment Monitoring Center from 2020 to 2021,this paper excavates the annual and monthly changes and differences of major pollutants through the variance homogeneity Levene test and the t-test on the equal mean value,and analyzes and studies the impact of various environmental protection policies on the change trend of pollutant emissions in the iron and steel industry.The research results show that the bilateral Sig value of t-test of sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxide emissions from Changzhi iron and steel industry in 2021 is less than 0.05 compared with 2020,which is significantly reduced,and the emission of particulate matter is reduced.From 2020 to 2021,Changzhi steel industry successively implemented special emission standards and ultra-low emission standards of industrial emission standards.It can be seen that Changzhi steel industry responded positively to the central and local environmental protection policies.
