摘要
以K-site小型液氢储罐为研究对象,讨论了饱和均质模型和俄罗斯模型对小型液氢无损储存自增压过程压力演化预测的适用性,比较结果表明:与饱和均质模型相比,俄罗斯模型在实验工况下增压预测的平均偏差小于20%,在小型液氢储罐内压力增长预测上具备较好的准确性。基于俄罗斯模型分析了漏热、初始充满率和终止条件对维持时间的影响,计算结果表明:存在一个最佳初始充满率使储存时间最长,最佳充满率取值与漏热和终止条件无关;安全阀整定压力限制了储罐初始充满率的取值,最大初始充满率随整定压力的减小而增加。
Based on research on K-site tanks,the adaptability of Homogeneous model and Russian model were compared for predicting the pressure build-up process in small liquid hydrogen tanks.The results show that Russian model provides more accurate prediction in pressure rise than thermal homogeneous model with an average bias of less than 20%.Besides,the effects of heat leak,initial filling rate and termination conditions were analyzed on the holding time of small liquid hydrogen tanks.The calculation result indicates an optimal initial filling rate corresponding to the longest holding time,and it is irrelevant with heat leak and termination conditions.The terminated pressure determined by safety valve has an impact on maximum value of initial filling rate.With the decrease of terminated pressure,the maximum value of initial filling rate increases to a critical value.
