林分密度对毛竹林下浙江楠幼苗生长和生理特性的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Stand Density on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Phoebe chekiangensis Seedling under Moso Bamboo Forest

摘要 以毛竹林下套种的浙江楠为材料,分析了3种不同密度(1 350、1 800、2 250株·hm^(-1))毛竹林下浙江楠幼苗的生长状况、生物量积累与分配以及叶片生理特性。结果表明:随着毛竹林密度的增加,浙江楠幼苗株高、地径、茎生物量及其比例逐渐降低,主根长度、根生物量及其比例逐渐升高;叶片叶绿素质量分数呈逐渐降低趋势;SOD和POD活性总体上呈逐渐升高的变化趋势;可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质量分数先升高后降低,而丙二醛质量摩尔浓度逐渐升高。毛竹林密度为1 350株·hm^(-1)时,浙江楠幼苗的茎干生物量积累明显高于其他密度,膜系统受到的伤害最小。因此,3种试验处理密度中,推荐1 350株·hm^(-1)作为毛竹-浙江楠混交模式的适宜竹林密度。 We investigated the density effects of seedling growth, biomass accumulation and distribution and physiological characteristics of Phoebe chekiangensis under moso bamboo forest, and to provide a theoretical basis for interplanting Phoebe chekiangensisin moso bamboo forest. The growth status, biomass accumulation and distribution, and leaf physiological characteristics of P. chekiangensis seedling under three different densities(1 350, 1 800 and 2 250 ind.hm^(-1)) were analyzed. With the increase of forest density, the plant height, ground diameter, stem biomass and its proportion decreased gradually, while root length, root biomass and its proportion increased gradually. The chlorophyll content of leaves decreased gradually with the increase of forest density. The activities of protective enzymes(SOD, POD and CAT) increased with the increase of forest density. The content of soluble sugar and soluble protein increased first and then decreased, while the content of MDA increased gradually. When the density of moso bamboo forest was 1 350 ind.hm^(-1), the stem biomass accumulation of P. chekiangensis seedling was significantly higher than other densities, and the membrane system was the least damaged. Therefore, among the three densities, 1 350 ind.hm^(-1)is recommended as the suitable density for the compound management of P. chekiangensis in moso bamboo forest.
